The Beechwood is an entirely non-smoking hotel but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Terms of Business
A deposit of the charge for the first night’s accommodation is requested by card to confirm a reservation. Deposits are refundable with more than 30 days notice, but deposits cannot be refunded on any reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Guests are advised to take out Travel Insurance to cover such eventualities. If the accommodation can be re-let, cancellation charges are waived less an administration charge of £25. No allowance can be made for meals not taken. For stays that are curtailed after check in, room charges for the full duration of the stay will be taken.
Rooms are normally available for occupancy from 2.30pm. Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure. If you would like to check out later, up to 12 midday, this can be arranged for a £20 supplement.
Dogs: £15.00 per night for 1 dog, £20.00 for 2 dogs (not inclusive of food).

We have Z beds available which are suitable for children up to the age of 12. They can be used in the Classic double or Four Poster rooms. Please phone the hotel direct to enquire.
