Butcher: Farm to Fork, Swannington

Our multi award winning butcher, Swannington Farm to Fork specialise in supplying fully traceable meat with the emphasis on quality, taste, animal welfare and food miles

Pork butcher: Tavern Tasty, Swafield

Tavern Tatsy supply all our pork items, located just down the road at Swafield. Their meat is mainly sourced from their family farm in Smallburgh. They have a passion for offering top quality and fully traceable produce from traditional breeds, and are committed to the fantastic Norfolk food community

Green grocer: Barsby Produce Ltd, King’s Lynn

A family run business that has been serving the East Anglian region with top quality fresh produce for over Fourty years

Fishmonger: Cole family, Cole’s of King’s Lynn

Cole's literally know everything about the origins of the fish and shellfish they supply. From where the fish were caught and which fishing boat trawled for them, to when and how the shellfish were farmed or collected, you can be sure that every step of the journey from the sea to your door has what the Cole's team calls ‘traceability’.

Catherine Temple, Temple Farm, Wells

Based at Copys Green Farm in Wighton, Catherine Temple produces fantastic handmade cheese using milk from cows just minutes away.

Her delicious range of cheeses include Binham Blue, Walsingham, Gurney’s Gold, Copys Cloud, Wighton and Wells Alpine.

Ellie Betts, Ferndale Farm, Little Barningham

Ferndale Farm is a family run mixed farm situated in the village of Barningham in the North Norfolk countryside. This is the home of Ferndale Cheeses where proper old fashioned farmhouse cheese is made

Miller: Michelle Thurlow, Letheringsett Mill

A family ran business since 1987, much of the flour produced comes from wheat grown locally in Norfolk, including spelt flour.

Jams and Preserves: Kim and Mary Ann, Ollands Farm, Happisburgh

Ollands Farm Foods take pride in making the highest quality foods. All thier produce is handmade, in small batches, in their very own kitchen.

Their Saville orange marmalade, which you will see on our breakfast tables won a gold award at the World's Original Marmalade Awards 2017. Their Strawberry jam is pretty good too. Sweet and delicious, perfect on warm scones with a drop of clotted cream
