November Taster Evening


On Saturday 11th November we are hosting a delicious Taster Evening, a 7 course dinner accompanied by wine.

Red poll beef tea, vegetable dumplings, crispy beef

Halibut fillet poached in Shiraz, vegetable noodles,

crispy crayfish, vinegar powder, pea shoots

Borrage honey and sesame seed marinated ham hash, plum confit, black pudding purée, crispy sage

Peppered loin of Bunwell venison, celeriac confit,

roast onion purée, Anna potato, cavolo nero cabbage, griottine and port jus

Apple and lime posset with ginger shortbread

Dark chocolate parfait, salted caramel, fudge, poppy seed brandy snap disk, chocolate soil

Peppermint and raspberry sherbet meringues chocolate ganache and coffee
