Head Chef Steven Norgate
Steven is one of the leading chefs in East Anglia and the AA has awarded his cooking Two Restaurant Rosettes. Each evening his brigade prepare a 'Ten-Mile Dinner' where he sources ingredients, where possible, from within about ten miles of the hotel. Cromer crab, Morston mussels, Sheringham lobster and local meat and vegetables are all served in season.
Our restaurant is open every evening for Dinner. On Sundays we serve a traditional Sunday Lunch menu and Private Dining is available everyday for lunch or dinner.
In summer pre-dinner drinks are served in the garden and after dinner our bar is the ideal place to relax and enjoy coffee or a digestif.
